These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 77db ("77db", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://77db.asia. By accessing, registering on, or using the 77db platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

All deposits at 77db are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We currently support the following payment methods for deposits:

Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. 77db does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Funds deposited into your 77db account are held for gaming purposes only. 77db does not pay interest on account balances. Deposited funds that remain unused for an extended period may be subject to an inactivity fee as described in Section 8.

• Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible.

77db does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions. If a withdrawal is returned by your payment provider due to incorrect account details provided by you, any re-processing fees will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.

77db offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and other promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed registration and, where required, identity verification at 77db.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the bonus offer terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at a lower rate. The contribution rates for each game type will be listed in the specific bonus terms.

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment methods
• Multi-accounting or bonus abuse
• Use of automated tools or cheating software
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100, deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero

You may close your own 77db account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
